Whether working with pregnant women and new mothers in a group exercise class or one-on-one, this comprehensive course will provide you with everything you need to offer safe and effective fitness programs to this special group of women. Included in this course are suggestions for working with women in all settings using many familiar exercise formats including low impact aerobics, water, yoga, Pilates, weight training, as well as stroller and mom/baby exercises.
